Turkey Trainings works hand-in-hand with high-ranked Turkish universities to deliver world-class, practical training across a wide range of fields — from Agriculture and Aquaculture to Women's Leadership, Tourism, ICT and Seafarers' Certifications.
Our courses run from one intensive week to fully immersive six-month experiences. We also design customized programs, from three days to a week, delivered in your own country or at world-class venues across Turkey.

Süreyya Ümran Alınak
Born in Konya, Süreyya Ümran Alınak has managed thousands of events across the tourism and event management sector for over 26 years. She leads Turkey Trainings’ vision, international partnerships and growth across Türkiye, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda and Azerbaijan.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Seda Diker
Seda Diker holds a BA in American Culture and Literature from Bilkent University and has nearly 20 years of experience managing large-scale EU-funded projects. Her portfolio includes the PICTES project (€300 M, MoNE), special education teacher training (€1.5 M) and LdV multilateral gifted education projects (€1 M).
Co-Founder & Education Director
Dr. Yavuz Selim Sılay, MD, MBA
Physician, executive and educator. Chairman of Istanbul Consulting Group and co-founder of the MaQasid Angel Investor Network, Dr. Sılay spent fourteen years in the United States in senior R&D, medical affairs and clinical research leadership roles. He designs curricula, selects academic partners and leads our flagship international programs.
